    Sended Zippo Germany an e-mail, filled out the form on the website too, but i haven't got an answer at all, looks like non-German customers are being ignored :-(

    I have brought my zippo to my local zippo dealer and they have send it to zippo repair in Germany.

    Very disappointed about the service of Zippo Germany so far, hopefully the repair will go better than their communication.

    nope.. cos its not broken, but if you break the hinge and say you dropped it then they'll fix it.
